When replacing or installing an air suspension module, it is essential to follow the relevant instructions, as incorrect installation can lead to irreparable damage to the new part and/or vehicle. Ensure that only qualified and trained personnel replace air suspension modules and that the applicable safety regulations are observed. Ensure that BILSTEIN air suspension modules
should only ever be renewed in pairs (per axle).
Adhere to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions for all work steps (e.g. mounting points, bleeding and filling the air suspension module with the appropriate diagnostic device, replacement of bolts and self-locking nuts, tightening torques, series height, lifting mode etc.). Never use power tools during assembly, such as pneumatic screwdrivers.
