The air spring compressor offered by AMK is used for the BMW 5 Series model E61. It is built on the same assembly line as the original BMW compressor and is therefore the optimal and qualitatively identical alternative at a much lower price. The compressor offered is an item that has been in stock for a longer period of time. Quality and safety are still guaranteed, as the compressor is tested for functionality before shipping. The most common cause of compressor failure is a leak in the air spring system or dirt or moisture getting into the compressor. We therefore also strongly recommend replacing the air filter. Relays and air filters are available as accessories in our shop and can be ordered at the same time. Before using the new compressor, please also check the intake hose and the entire air spring system for leaks and repair them if necessary. For further instructions on the correct procedure, please refer to the enclosed manual. With these measures, you will ensure a long service life for your new compressor.
