Warranty conditions
Warranty conditions for Apart Automotive® automotive spare parts:
The warranty conditions stated here only apply to spare parts labelled by Apart GmbH as having a warranty claim. If it is not clear which parts are covered by warranty, please contact our support team. You will find the contact details at the end of the warranty conditions listed here.
1. warranty period: The warranty for all automotive spare parts labelled with warranty is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not restart for Apart Automotive® automotive spare parts supplied as replacements under warranty. For these, the remaining warranty of the originally purchased or installed Apart Automotive® automotive spare part continues to run.
2. Complaints and replacement: In the event of a complaint due to manufacturing faults or defects, the item will be replaced immediately and free of charge. The customer is required to present the defective item together with the proof of purchase.
3. equal replacement: If the item complained about is not immediately available, the customer will be offered an equivalent replacement part. This will also be free of charge.
4. exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, neglect, accidents, or installation errors.
All vehicle manufacturer specifications for installation and all vehicle manufacturer specifications for maintenance or other prescribed measures must have been strictly followed. At the request of Apart GmbH, this must be proven by the warranty holder.
5. asserting warranty claims: To make a warranty claim, the customer must return the defective product together with the proof of purchase to the seller within the warranty period, but no later than 30 days after registering the warranty claim. The warranty claim must be submitted to Apart GmbH immediately, but no later than 30 days after the discovery of a defect in material or workmanship. The customer should return the item to Apart GmbH carefully packaged, if possible, in the original packaging, but always with the original sales receipt and a description of the defect. The customer must provide additional vehicle information, the date of installation as well as the mileage of the vehicle by means of appropriate documents.
6. limitation of liability: The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Legal rights: Your legal rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us are in no way restricted by this guarantee promise. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore contact us in any case within the scope of the legal warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists, or the warranty is claimed.
8. modification of the guaranteed conditions: The seller reserves the right to change the warranty conditions at any time without prior notice.
Please note that these warranty conditions represent the framework for the warranty protection of our automotive spare parts and apply in the event of a warranty claim.
